Start Your Build: Once a week (includes a program card.)

Beginner/Intermediate or Advanced personal training session. This is a tailor made program designed especially for you. Includes a personalized fitness program for you to work on alone at home.

Body Blast: Twice or three times a week (optional program card)

Beginner/Intermediate or Advanced personal training session. A two or three times a week tailor made program designed especially for you to “blast your body into shape.

Buddy Blast: Once,twice or three times a week

Share your pains and sweats with a partner!!!

A tailor made program designed for two or more partners to work together to achieve your greatest potential.

Kick-Punch-Blast: As an add on to any package(for individuals only)

A 30 minute target fitness program known as the “boot camp” work out consisting of 15 minutes kicking and punching, 10 minutes core training, and 5 minutes stretching. Get ready for a vigorous cardio blast!

Maintenance: Once every two (2) weeks.

Due to your commitment to fitness you have reached the level you want to be at. This fitness program ensures that you do not lose the level that you worked so hard to achieve!
