IN-HOME PERSONAL FITNESS: HOW IT WORKS
During your first session with a Build Yourself Fitness personal in-home trainer, he or she will conduct a musculoskeletal/ endurance/ stretching assessment, to see where your body is NOW and where we want it to be.
Next comes a fitness test including body weight exercises (such as push ups, squats)
Based on the results, we put together your individualized personal training and nutrition program.
NOTE: All new clients must commit to working out twice or three times a week, because we want you to see results as quickly as possible. (Later, you can opt for once a week sessions to help maintain your results, after you achieve your goals.)
Every month we re-test you to check your progress, then adjust your fitness program to reflect your improvements.
Rates
Training for Individuals
$55/session
- In-home personal fitness training for individuals
- All sessions are 45 minutes long
- FREE assessment at beginning of each month
- All packages after the initial introductory package are three month packages
- Once a week: $55/ session (4 to 5 sessions depending on the length of the month)
- Twice a week: $45/session (9 sessions)
- Three times a week: $40/session (12 to 13 sessions, depending on the length of the month)
- Motivation and accountability included
Training for Couples
$65/session
- In-home personal fitness training for couples
- All sessions are 45 minutes long
- All packages after the initial introductory package are three month packages
- FREE assessment at beginning of each month
- Once a week: $65/session (4 to 5 sessions depending on the length of the month)
- Twice a week: $50/session (9 sessions)
- Three times a week: $45/session (12 to 13 depending the length of the month)
- For each additional person, add $5 dollars
Spring Special*
$40/week
Between noon to 4 pm: $40/session for a one month package. Choose either 5 sessions (once a week) or 9 sessions (twice a week). These low rates are usually only available for a three times a week package.

Cancellation Policy
Any appointment can be changed or cancelled a day in advance without being charged for that session.
